As a child I was interested in dinosaurs, this was one of only a few nonfiction topics I read about. Archaeopteryx, discovered in 1861 was the first feathered dinosaur ever found, but paleontologists were very clear, these prehistoric birds were not birds, they were dinosaurs with feathers. Dinosaurs went completely extinct, and no one knew what birds evolved from. Somehow I thought there may be a link here that they were missing. - Margot Cormier Splane
So it turns out that Dinosaurs are not Extinct. I have created this angry bird dinosaur as an avian WTF comment. Living dinosaurs today are like, “What do you mean we went extinct?” And birds are like, “um, it had wings and feathers, it could glide, sure it wasn’t exactly like us, but come on, you couldn’t see the resemblance?”
Tyrannosaurus-Rex is on the same branch of the Evolutionary Tree as our humble Chicken. Guess that puts the, ‘which came first the chicken or the egg,’ riddle to rest once and for all, the egg wins in a landslide! Careful T-Rex, that branch is not thick enough to hold you!
