Shipping policy

Orders will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3 business days of purchase (on business days, excluding statutory holidays), and the buyer will receive a Canada Post tracking number from an employee’s email at Gallery 78. However, shipping timelines may vary depending on the artwork purchased and shipping destination. Please notify Gallery 78 directly or via the “note” in your cart if you have specific shipping requirements and we will do our best to accommodate. Shipping timelines are usually closely met but are not guaranteed.

Gallery 78 will only charge the cost of actual shipping, which is what is generated by Canada Post and other couriers at the checkout on Shopify. The shipping cost will appear before the final checkout. The shipping time does not consider the processing time.                                                                      

As part of the gallery’s environmental values, Gallery 78 reuses all packing and shipping materials.

When placing an order, double-check that mailing and billing address are correct before proceeding with the order. The buyer is responsible for any extra shipping costs associated with incorrect address deliveries.
