This sterling silver vessel was created by raising, fabrication, and using the lost wax method for casting a persimmon stem. It sits upon a birch wood platform (3.5 × 12 × 12 in.), gilded with 24k gold leaf. It was created in 2024.
The vessel is made with 300 grams of sterling silver, and the platform is made with 453 grams of wood.
