This rocking horse was handcrafted by Scott Jackson, with metal work created by Herb Page. It is made with 22 pieces of wood, including birch, white ash, maple, and white cedar. It is hand painted in a dapple gray pattern; a favourite of Queen Victoria's. Details include a handcut leather saddle and harness, decorative rivets, and glass eyes.
