This watercolour is currently matted to 16 x 19 in. This piece has yellow discoloration on the support paper from a previous acidic backing. You can see the line of discolouration in the second photograph (the white outside edge was hidden under the matting). This damage could be remedied by an art conservator.
There is an inscription by Molly Lamb Bobak written on the lower right portion of the mat, "For Marjory From Molly. Summer at the Bass Hole. Bruno and Marjory fishing."
