Jacqueline has been a fibre artist for over 25 years. She loves all aspects of fibre arts.
She enjoys exploring the interaction of colour and textures in her weaving in the creation of “one of a kind” fashion accessories and woven tapestries. Through dyeing and felting she is able to express her artistic side in the creation of three-dimensional objects.Stitching is a meditative medium where colour and lines bring thought to life in an abstract form. She has recently started to explore sculpture through the use of non-textile materials.
Jacqueline has participated in numerous residencies and has received recognition through grants, awards, and publications. Her work is often thought provoking as well as visually delightful.
She is currently an instructor in the Textiles department at the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design.
